ABOUT US

At Bottega, we seek out amazing ingredients: organic salumi, fresh mozzarella di buffala from Caserta and hand-picked San Marzano tomatoes all make up our menu. We do not try to change the products - instead, we keep it simple and let the ingredients speak for themselves. Neapolitan pizza is characterized by a raised golden crust that is soft to touch and taste. Our Vesuvian rock wood-burning oven was shipped to us in one piece from the port of Naples, and is stoked to 900 degrees to cook a pizza in 90 seconds.

Our wine list complements our cuisine. Paired correctly, a wine will heighten your appreciation of any dish, while the flavours and freshness of the food simultaneously prepare your mouth to enjoy the wine once more. We strive to make some of the best wines of Italy affordable and accessible to you. We believe that when it comes to wine, it matters not how much you know or how much you are willing to spend. It matters only that you arrive with a desire to drink well and eat well, while leaving the rest to us.
